Package Overview

Shri Krishna Janmbhoomi is a religious temple located in the crowded city ofMathura. This temple is the birthplace of ancient Hindu god Lord Krishna.[1][2] It is a prison cell belonging to Kamsa where Lord Krishna was born.
In 1631, Shah Jahan, emperor during the Mughal empire's period of greatest prosperity, was grief-stricken when his favorite of three wives and beloved companion, Mumtaz Mahal, a Persian princess, died during the birth of their 14th child, Gauhara Begum.[3] Construction of the Taj Mahal began in 1632.[4] The court chronicles of Shah Jahan's grief illustrate the love story traditionally held as an inspiration for Taj Mahal.[5][6] The principal mausoleum was completed in 1643[4] and the surrounding buildings and garden were finished about five years later.The Agra Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage site located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is about 2.5 km northwest of its more famous sister monument, the Taj Mahal. The fort can be more accurately described as a walled city..
Emperor Shah Jahan commissioned construction of the Red Fort in 1638, when he decided to shift his capital from Agra to Delhi.
